Services
At Strong Foundations, we specialize in infant and pediatric physical therapy, with a focused passion for supporting babies in the earliest and most foundational stages of development.
From tummy time struggles to head-turning preferences, and from oral motor coordination to achieving age-appropriate milestones, our goal is to build a strong base for your child’s lifelong movement and well-being. I combine clinical expertise with compassionate care — recognizing that each baby’s journey is unique and full of purpose.

Sessions
Evaluation
An individualized evaluation session includes a physical assessment of your infant or child, to comprehensively address all body systems, as well as any parental concerns. All observations are reviewed and discussed. If appropriate, activities to try at home will be introduced. Initial evaluation sessions are typically one to one and a half hours in length.
Treatment
During a tailored treatment session, your child will be guided through one or more specialized services. Additionally, I will provide you with education and strategies to effectively support your child at home. Mobility, developmental milestones, and physical needs are always addressed as a part of every session. Sessions are typically an hour.
Tongue & Lip Tie
Pre & Post Care
In these specialized treatment sessions, manual therapy techniques and gentle therapeutic exercises are utilized to address fascial restrictions and tension patterns within the body (associated with feeding difficulties, tummy troubles and tethered oral tissues). In addition, mobility and developmental milestones are addressed, and activities to practice at home presented. Sessions are typically an hour.
